Requirements:
This was a personal project that we (Krishiv and I - members of Aarohi’s Designers Cohort) took up. The time constraint was 1 week.
Objective: To identify the problems that a customer may face in the supermarkets in our town, and compile a report, including how those supermarkets can improve their service.
Process:

We wrote down the things that we wanted to particularly observe in the supermarket when we were going to visit,

researched - more details on what we could observe, and the processes that service designers use.

visited our local supermarkets thrice.

Interacted with the salesperson and customers.

Documented our observations as the customer journey maps, staff journey maps, and we also identified the issues/pain points the supermarkets had

. Finally, we ideated on the issues found, looked for alternates on the internet, and made a report:

Learnings:

Do not delete or remove any document or draft while the process is going on as it may come handy later
